Every order is carefully packaged and typically ships within 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.

Placed more than one order?
If you place multiple orders on the same day, email us and we’ll be happy to combine them whenever possible. If we're able to ship them together, we'll refund any duplicate shipping charges.

Once your package is with USPS or UPS, occasional carrier delays can happen that are outside of our control. If your package seems to be taking an unexpected detour, please reach out to us. While we can’t control carrier delays, we’ll be happy to help you determine the best next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
For hygiene and clearance purposes, jewelry, swimwear, and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Accessories may be returned unless otherwise marked Final Sale.
